Eva has  an extensive experience helping francophone startups to grow and showcasing Francophone Africa entrepreneurial scenes. She brought support to nearly 25 tech startups through incubation programs and coached more than 1500 project leaders during bootcamps and training sessions.

She has organised 50+ tech events in Francophone West Africa to build a bridge between local startup ecosystems and large corporates such as Orange, Facebook, Tigo, Société Générale, Total, or  institutional partners such as Senegalese ministries, the French Embassy in Senegal, the Indian Embassy , the british Council and many more.

Member of I4Policy Secretary, Eva was the lead organisator of the Dakar Policy Hackathon, a bottom-up approach for the adoption of a Startup Act in Senegal. 

She is also the co-founder of Kinaya Lab and Malaaka, an open-innovation platform and ecosystem enabler devoted to creating valuable partnerships between large corporations and startups,  and catalysing open innovation, corporate innovation, intrapreneurship, digital entrepreneurship and angel investing in Francophone Africa.
